If there is a genuine problem we will take care. But sometimes the problem is with the environment like faulty batteries, corroded battery terminals, wiring issues, a computer power supply that works properly but malfunctions occasionally, etc. everything must be kept in mind. As you have yourself told that another brand UPS is not working, this gives an indication that something other than the UPS is causing problems. You can visit Saddar market and simply buy a circuit for UPS.
